Ronterica was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, and graduated from Minor High School. She currently attends Lawson State Community College and works as a Patient Observer at UAB Hospital. Ronterica is studying to become a Registered Nurse. In her free time, Ronterica enjoys cooking, shopping, and spending time with her kids. She and her daughters were living in Pratt City, Alabama, when they lost their home in the April 2011 tornadoes.

JeMyia is in second grade at South Hampton Elementary School. She is an honor roll student and in the gifted program. She enjoys listening to music, riding her scooter, and reading. JeLah is a first grader at South Hampton Elementary where she is also on the honor roll. She loves to read, play with dolls, and spend time with her sister.

"Thank you so much," Ronterica says.
"This is truly a blessing to me and my children.
Thank you for helping my dreams come true."

Happy Holidays!

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP

The attorneys and staff of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings were so moved by the trail of destruction left by the 2011 tornado outbreak, we sought to have a part in healing our ravaged communities – a way to leave a lasting positive impact. So, we decided to focus our collective passion and manpower into a larger effort that would bring peace to a single unfortunate family.

As we shared in last year's holiday e-card, we chose to give one family something none of us could imagine being without – a home. This summer, we donated and built a Habitat for Humanity home for the Ford family. Our goal was that they be home for the holidays. We are pleased to have succeeded – and equally pleased to share this joyful story with you this holiday season!

"Funding and building a home feels wonderful," says Firm Chairman Beau Grenier, "but that feeling paled in comparison to watching the Ford family walk into their new home for the first time."

Habitat
for Humanity

Seeking to put God's love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope. That is our mission. Our vision is to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness in the United States and throughout the world. We build quality, affordable housing and revitalize existing houses, encouraging family stability and promoting self-sufficiency, educational achievement, and responsible citizenship.

Working with the folks from Bradley Arant Boult Cummings to put the Ford family back in a home in time for the holidays is the very embodiment of what we're about. As far as we're concerned, there is no better way to wish people happy holidays and many happy new years!
